I am noticing as I continue to de-stress and allow myself some play time that weight is naturally coming off. I have always felt like love and self-love plays a huge role in weight loss, but now I am noticing that STRESS also plays a huge role.
When I made the video I didn’t have any scientific evidence to back my experience – only my experience to share. However, I did a little searching around and I found that, indeed, there is a ton of scientific evidence that stress makes you fat and, indeed, hormones (cortisol, for one) absolutely play a role!
