I recently worked at the Spark of Life Fair in Manhattan, Kansas. An Intuitive Artist (Natosha Keefer) created a painting of her perception of my aura and energy; allowing my guides, guardians, and angels to express through it and deliver messages to me (very cool experience, btw). Natosha mentioned a pigeon is working with me. Honestly, I semi-dismissed it. Later that day, I sat down to chat with another Psychic Medium (Shellie Jennings) about being on my radio show:
Shellie: Are you from Chicago
Me: No, I’m from Wichita
Shellie: “I keep seeing pigeons.”, then she hands me a book that discusses the spiritual meaning of the pigeon. [Read more…]
Single again and the holiday’s gotcha down? Here are four easy ways to hack out of that Valentine’s Day funk and feel great!
1 – Focus on Gratitude
Harnessing a feeling of gratitude is always a game-changer
2 – Change Your Story
Rumor has it that St. Valentine’s Day originated from
the Pagan celebrations, Lupercalia and Februa. These celebrations revolved around spring cleaning, health, and fertility. The Lupercalia festival was originally observed on February 15th and in 496 it was recast by Pope Gelasius as a Christian feast day labeled, St. Valentine’s Day. Gift-giving and exchanging cards wasn’t a ‘thing’ until the 18th century. It started in England and didn’t catch on in the United States until the 1850s.
3 – Release Your Expectations
Did you have expectations of receiving something from that ‘special someone’ because of someone else’s perception of this day and the evolution of events involving it? How could the day be differing for you if you were to release those expectations and see this day as simply another day and be grateful for all the good in your life?
4 – Take Action
Take this as an opportunity to get in touch with the stories you tell yourself about Valentine’s Day. How did Valentine’s Day originate? How did your perceptions and expectations around this day get formed? Who made this day into a day to give chocolates and cards?
What if, instead, you were to take this day as a symbol to clean out limiting habits and thoughts (spring cleaning); plant seeds mentally to achieve your goals and fulfill your calling (fertility); and therefore achieve good health as a result?
At the end of the day if you still want a rose? This one is for you <3
Wishing you a day full of feeling fully loved, healthful, and fertile with good thoughts and positive vibes 😉
Love melts the frozen,

A man’s rejection of you has nothing to do with your value or worth as a woman. What if? What if divine is using this experience to mold and shift you into the woman you’re unfolding to be? The woman that your future “special someone” wouldn’t recognize without you having gone through these experiences? And whose to say divine isn’t molding and shifting your “special someone” right now, too?
What if the experience of being rejected really has nothing to do with your value and worth, but actually is an opportunity and catalyst for your own self growth? An opportunity to come face-to-face with the parts of you that you judge so vehemently, and to love and accept those layers of you even more passionately than ever before? If that were true, what parts of you are crying out for love? Let it arise, and love that.
If you’re a dude reading this, the same applies.
I got a dose of dragonfly medicine yesterday as I captured this magical dragonfly pic. It lew past me and off in the distance. I asked it to come back so I could take a pic, then it flew right over me and allowed me to capture this beautiful pic.
Dragonfly represents transcendence, transformation, change, truth, reflections, mirrors for internal growth, mastering your emotions, mastering your thoughts, transcending limiting belief patterns, being an overcomer, and the realization that things are not always as they seem. It represents breaking down illusions and an integration and balance of the mental and emotional bodies. It can also mean seeing a situation for the truth of what it really is/means in your life. With the dragonfly comes wisdom and enlightenment.
You will know the dragonfly is here to assist you because you will FEEL it. They may show up in your dreams; suddenly appear from nowhere; appear in your experience in multitudes; land on you; buzz around you; or, like me, you have communications with it and it honors your requests. Most of all, the experience will come with a knowing that you are being “spoken to”. Follow it and don’t doubt yourself or your signs from from your Higher Power.
Anytime a symbol comes at you three times in a short time frame (for me it’s typically within a week or less), then the Universe or your Higher Self is trying to get your attention. If so, you are being asked to wake up and search or inquire within about the meaning it has for you and your life. The closer together (in time frame) the symbol comes, the stronger the message from spirit is. Some call this synchronicity and it’s a powerful way to communicate with divine (Spirit or your Higher Self; the Universe; All That Is; your Higher Power; or what ever your idea of divine is)
In this instance, the dragonfly delivered the *exact* message I needed in regard to an inner conflict I’ve been having about a recent falling out with someone I love, care about, and miss dearly. I’m grateful for the ways Spirit communicates with me through my environment.
Have you noticed any symbol, animal, or message coming into your experience lately? What does it mean to you? I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
Wishing you a day filled with magic and synchronicity.
Stay strong and shine on.
I missed you last week! My father has been in the hospital for the past month, fighting for his life. I’ve been camping out on the floor of his room because Spirit guided me to not leave him alone at night. I surrendered my life to divine years back and… ever since then, I do what I’m guided to do. I kinda have to ha ha ha!! I always tell people, “divine owns me”.
Needless to say, I’m not making videos right now and my newsletters may slow down a bit, but I felt guided to share one of my personal journal entries with you this week. The message here is not about suffering. It is about seeing the beauty in life, even when we hit rough patches:
Dear Spirit of Kindness, thank you. Thank you for showing up after the minor melt-down [Read more…]
My first two months in India were spent behind a fenced in, protected area at an ashram. My plan upon leaving the ashram was to travel around India for six months alone. I had never been to a third-world country before, and I gotta admit: The closer my departure date got, the more anxious I began to feel about traveling in India by myself.
So, I began to pray for the Universe to send me a travel partner – and it’s a good thing – because this woman quite literally likely saved my life!
Here’s how I co-created a travel partner for my first week outside of the ashram. I hope this story serves you, in some way, on your journey of co-creating the life you deserve! Got some manifesting stories? Comment below, I’d love to hear all about it!
Thanks for checking out this week’s episode. Catch you next week! Until then, keep shining your Light, the world needs the awesomeness you’re serving up!
