If you feel like you can’t meditate “right”, if you get frustrated because you can’t quiet your thoughts when you try to meditate, or, if you have anxiety, then this message is for you. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. Meditation, to me, simply means being present in the moment. You don’t have to sit or breathe any special way, but there are some tips to get off the “I can’t stop the thoughts” train and in touch with that All Knowing part of yourself.
