Through the years I’ve noticed: When I eliminate dairy from my dietary intake, my arm pits don’t stink and I get less outbreaks/pimples on my face. Yet when I eat dairy, my arm pits smell awful and I get facial outbreaks. Do I really think that dairy causes stinky pits? Yes. And No. Since we are all different individually and biochemically, I wouldn’t make the statement that dairy is bad for everyone… but I would say? Is if you notice you have a strong body odor, or stinky pits, you may consider whether or not there is a link to the foods you are eating. In my own experience, I’ve noticed that there is a direct link between my body odor and the foods my body is not digesting well.
