It is your responsibility to check for your confirmation email (check your SPAM folder also). If you did not receive an confirmation email, your appointment failed to schedule.
It is your responsibility to call at the scheduled time. Calling more than 15 minutes past the appointed time will result in a missed appointment. Refunds will not be given for missed appointments.
All Reschedules must occur 48 hours prior to your appointed time and must be made in the Acuity Scheduling system (link provided in your appointment confirmation email). Reschedule requests made through any other means (email, voice mail, telephone, etc) will not be accepted. No exceptions.
